Sonakshi Sinha and husband Zaheer Iqbal had been sharing updates of the renovation going on in their huge apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra. Now the renovation is complete, and in their recent vlog they gave a home tour, showing off the multiple-bedroom house.
The video opened with the couple welcoming their viewers into the massive living room. The size of their apartment is so big that Zaheer moved around the house on a kick scooter. The massive living room, which Zaheer also called their bedroom as the couple tends to spend most of their time there, is furnished with large sofas. The sofas face towards a massive television and its placement makes it seem as if it is floating.
The living room opens to a big balcony with a breathtaking view of the city. However, the pollution in Mumbai mars the view, and speaking about the same Sonakshi said, “Balcony with a view that could have been.” The balcony is furnished with bright yellow sofas and a colourful painting of the couple.
The living room space also opens to a den which is covered by sliding doors and is furnished with leather sofas and decorations that the couple have collected during their trips around the world. The den also showcases a travel wall, which features photos of the couple in the different countries they have travelled to over the years.
Sonakshi also showed the powder room of her home, which is designed inspired by New York City, with photos of the city in the bathroom and brick walls.
The couple also showed their vanity room with giant mirrors covering both sides of the walls, and which has a foot massager to massage their feet while they get their hair and makeup done.
The couple’s giant bedroom has their bed facing their giant balcony, which gives the best view of the city. The room also has their separate vanity spaces to get ready. The highlight of the room was the huge closet space which has Sonakshi’s jewellery neatly showcased and displays the collection of footwear and bags.
During the house tour, the couple showed both the east and west sides of their home. The other side had two massive guest rooms with their unique themes, decorated in soft colours and a pastel palette. The space was all about warmth and coziness. They converted another guest room into a gym.
