Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant are all set to get married in Mumbai on Friday evening but before their wedding, Anant’s mother Nita Ambani has given a tour of a section of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) which will likely be a part of the wedding celebrations. In a video shared on the YouTube channel of NMACC, Nita talked about visiting Varanasi a few weeks ago and how the culture of the holy city has influenced the aesthetic of the wedding.
She shared in the video that she visited Varanasi a while ago to seek blessing for Anant and Radhika. “I have always been fascinated by Kashi, the oldest living city, the city of light, the cradle of Indian civilisation,” she said and added, “Throughout Anant and Radhika’s wedding celebrations, we have tried to pay a tribute to India’s glorious culture and heritage brought alive by thousands of artisans, karigars, weavers and craftsman.”

In the video, one gets to see the interiors of NMACC.
In the video, Nita also meets the chaat vendor, whose shop she visited during her visit to Varanasi, at NMACC. It seems like he is also one of the food vendors at the wedding.
Nita and Mukesh Ambani have hosted many pre-wedding functions for their youngest son Anant. In March, they hosted three-day pre-wedding festivities in Jamnagar, which had Rihanna perform her first concert in eight years. At the same event, Diljit Dosanjh and Akon also gave performances.
Last month, they hosted their guests at a three-day cruise across Italy and France, with a stop in Portofino. Katy Perry, Backstreet Boys and Pitbull performed here.
Last week, at the Mehendi function in Mumbai, Justin Bieber performed for the wedding guests.
