Giorgia Andriani denies Malaika Arora’s involvement in her break-up with Arbaaz Khan: ‘No interference from her side’

Giorgia Andriani and actor-producer Arbaaz Khan recently parted ways after dating each other for a few years. While many speculated that Arbaaz’s ex-wife, actor Malaika Arora, might be the reason behind their break-up but this is far from the truth, as per Giorgia. In a recent interview, Giorgia said that “there was no interference from her side.” She also shared the reason behind her break-up with Arbaaz.

In response to rumours blaming Malaika for her break-up with Arbaaz, Giorgia told Hindustan Times, “There was no interference from her side, ever. She was not the reason behind us parting ways.”

Elaborating on the actual cause of their separation, she said, “What I value in a relationship is having similar interests, but sadly we didn’t share any mutual interests, which was not favorable for our relationship,” she said and added, “For example, I am a whimsical person and I like to travel on a whim. If I’m free and I decide I want to go somewhere, I go. It didn’t feel right when he didn’t want the same things. Arbaaz loves to sit and watch movies and documentaries. I am very different, I can’t sit.”

Despite the end of their romantic relationship, Giorgia emphasized that she and Arbaaz have maintained a friendly connection. “After the breakup, people are bitter and they don’t have much to say to each other, but in our case, that’s not what it is. We still crack jokes, and I am still very fond of him. So yes, we are still in touch,” she said.
