Meta, the parent company of Instagram, recently launched an app called Threads. The new app has garnered the attention of several celebrities who have joined and started interesting conversations on the platform. Celebrities such as Parineeti Chopra, Diljit Dosanjh, Armaan Malik and Masaba Gupta have already joined Threads.

Parineeti expressed her initial confusion and excitement about the app, comparing it to the first day of school. She wrote, “Does anyone feel like it’s the first day of school when you don’t understand what’s happening but are still excited. Just me? Okay #HelloThreads.”

Diljit simply stated, “Landed on Threads.”

Armaan shared his excitement and referred to Threads as amazing. He posted, “I an’t th-ready for what’s about to come but I know it’s going to be amazing and nothing short of it.”

Threads, similar to Instagram, allows users to follow and connect with friends and creators. The app was launched in over 100 countries today (July 6) and is available for both iOS and Android users.
