Farah Khan’s cook Dilip is on cloud nine as the filmmaker-choreographer has finally renovated her kitchen and installed a much-awaited airconditioner for him. Farah Khan surprised Dilip with this new addition after his return from his hometown Bihar. Dilip, who was disappointed at first for not getting any reaction on his arrival, was elated after seeing the new kitchen.
Dilip’s continuing gag in the vlog has been ‘kitne gareeb hain hum (how poor are we)’ after visinting homes of famous stars and seeing how their kitchens are well done-up and airconditioned.
Dilip ran to Farah Khan and hugged her for finally making the changes in the kitchen. He said, “Ma’am kitchen bahaut acha hogaya (Ma’am, the kitchen looks nice).” A happy Farah replied, “Acha hogaya? I made it when you went to your hometown.”
Farah Khan then gave a tour of her kitchen to Dilip and all her viewers.
The choreographer hired professionals from a luxury kitchen brand to renovate the kitchen, which is now done up in blue and white. “Blue is favourite as well as lucky colour,” said Farah Khan.
The kitchen area is decorated with their YouTube Golden and Silver button just below a luxury glass finish to store crockery.
Farah Khan also installed an airconditioner which often became a topic of discussion between the filmmaker and her cook. She gifted its remote to Dilip, who happily operated it. Looking at the wall decor, Dilip joked, “Yaha mera photo lagana chahiye tha na… (You should have hanged my photo instead)”
Farah Khan introduced her newly-made kitchen as Taj Mahal. She also gifted Dilip a photo of him also featuring her to place in the newly made shelves of their home kitchen.
