Actor Disha Patani is adding more feathers to her cap. Besides acting and endorsing brands, she has turned director. However, instead of a film, she has chosen to helm a music video, which features her as well. The music video of the single “Kyu Karu Fikar” shows the actor-director in a carefree avatar.
Disha shared the song’s teaser on her social media handles, giving fans a glimpse of the fun music video. The actor, who was last seen in Ek Tha Villain Returns, looks carefree and ready to take on the world in the video of the track.
Sharing the teaser with her fans, she wrote in the caption, “Within life’s mystery, where the future is unknown,Could self-love be the key—the magic we’ve always known?Tune out the noise around you and say #KyunKaruFikar Full video out on 21st August on @playdmfofficial YouTube channel.”
The song, composed by Vaibhav Pani, sung by Nikhita Gandhi and written by Vayu, shows Disha Patani enjoying her life and looking stylish in holiday-mode outfits. Upon sharing the teaser, may of Disha’s fans and friends commented on her post. One comment that stood out was that of actor Mouni Roy, who is a close friend of Disha.
Mouni dropped several heart emoticons and wrote, “Yay,” in the comments section of the post. Ayesha Shroff, mother of Tiger Shroff, also encouraged Disha as she wrote, “Wowwwww! Congratulations deeeshu.”
A fan commented, “Looks fun and breezy. Can’t wait,” while others dropped comments like “Very Beautiful” and “Queen Disha”.
On the acting front, Disha has two big South films in the pipeline. She will be seen as the leading lady in Suriya’s Kanguva and will be part of Prabhas’ Kalki 2898 AD.
