Dimple Kapadia-starrer Go Noni Go, an adaptation of one of Twinkle Khanna‘s short stories, was screened at the MAMI Film Festival on Wednesday. It was attended by the veteran star as well as Twinkle Khanna, who is also producing the film. She was accompanied by her husband Akshay Kumar. After the event, when the family was exiting the venue, a reaction of Dimple Kapadia stunned the paps and now social media users.

A video from the event has surfaced online where Dimple Kapadia can be seen smiling and posing for the cameras while leaving the venue. She was followed by her daughter Twinkle Khanna and son-in-law Akshay Kumar. But, when the paps asked to stay and pose with her family, Dimple jokingly refused and said, “I don’t pose with juniors. Seniors only.” Saying this, the actress moved forward, making way for her daughter and Akshay, who posed without the veteran actress.

While some users found this gesture extremely humourous, others compared the actress with Jaya Bachchan, who is known for her temperament with the paps.

A user wrote, “Public didn’t get her sense of humour. Lol.” Another user commented, “That’s the wittiest thing I’ve heard from a 67 year old today.”

Go Noni Go revolves around a woman in her late fifties, whose life takes an unexpected turn when she meets a yoga teachers who sparks a newfound romance. The film will also star Ayesha Raza, Manav Kaul, and Athiya Shetty in pivotal roles.
