On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, comedian Bharti Singh decided to prepare 1001 ladoos for Bappa. In her latest vlog, Bharti took her fans through the entire process of making the mammoth number of ladoos. Along with her, husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa also pitched in, but it was their team who truly made it possible by showing up on their day off and working for almost 12 hours to complete the task.
In the video, Bharti shared how she wished to make 1001 ladoos for the festival, and revealed that it was Haarsh’s motivation that encouraged her to take on the challenge. The couple reached their office at 2 pm and began preparing the ladoos with the help of their team members.
The clips showed both of them actively participating in the ladoo-making process. Bharti admitted that she was mixing the ingredients without any measurements and leaving it up to God to make them perfect. Haarsh was also seen grating coconuts for the ladoos. However, Bharti teased him for not working enough and only grating one coconut, while Haarsh jokingly took a dig at her for being more focused on making the vlog than actually making the ladoos.
Another segment of the vlog featured Bharti preparing a giant modak for Bappa. She was seen laughing and smiling as she looked at the oversized sweet. In between, there was also a funny moment when one of Bharti’s exhausted team members pretended to escape through the balcony. Reacting to it, Bharti joked, “He is trying to escape but they can’t escape till the time they make ladoos.” She also admitted that the task ‘wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be.’
Throughout the video, Bharti’s entire team — including her nanny, cook, drivers, office staff and even kids from the building — were seen working together in perfect sync to achieve the massive target of 1001 ladoos. Bharti acknowledged their effort, saying, “If the office team wouldn’t have been here, this was not possible. Today is their off day but they have taken out 2-3 hours to prepare this.”
However, later in the vlog Bharti revealed that the task, which started at 2 pm, continued late into the night. Eventually, with her team constantly working alongside her and Haarsh, they managed to finish making not just 1001 ladoos but more than that by 1 am in the morning.
