Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul purchase a luxurious apartment in Bandra worth Rs 20 crore: report

As per reports, Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul have purchased a lavish 3350 sq.ft apartment in the same neigborhood as Tiger Shroff, Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and others.

Actress Athiya Shetty and cricketer KL Rahul have purchased a luxurious apartment in Bandra, Mumbai. According to an Economic Times report, the couple’s new apartment is located in a high-rise in Bandra’s Pali Hill and is worth Rs 20 crore.

For those who don’t know, Bandra is one of the most posh localities in Mumbai and houses a lot of celebrities, namely, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Tiger Shroff, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, among others. Now, Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul will reportedly join them as neighbours. As per the report, the couple has purchased a 3350 sq. ft apartment on the second floor of the Sandhu Palace building. The apartment also comes with a parking space for four cars. The 18-storey building is located at Bandra’s Nargis Dutt road.

The couple paid a stamp duty worth Rs 1.20 crore and Rs 30,000 as registration fees on July 15. However, the building has only received a partial occupation certificate from the BMC which makes it unclear when would the couple start living there. Both Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul have not officially confirmed the news. They were recently seen seeking blessings at Mangaluru’s Kuttaru Koragajjana temple with Athiya’s brother Ahan Shetty.

Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul got married in January last year.
