Bollywood star Anushka Sharma is currently in New Delhi with her husband Virat Kohli. The cricketer shared the update via his social media.
Sharing a photo of himself with the actor, Virat Kohli captioned the happy image as, “Out and about in Delhi.” Fans reacted positively to the snap in the comments section as one of them wrote, “Home sweet home.” Another mentioned, “King.” Yet another wrote, “Enjoying Delhi weather it seems.” The couple looked happy as Virat took a selfie. While Anushka was dressed in an all-black athleisure, Kohli was seen in a grey t-shirt.
Kohli is in the capital as he is playing for the IPL Premiere League 2023 as part of Royal Challengers Bangalore team under skipper Faff du Plessis. RCB has an upcoming match against Delhi Capitals on May 6 in the Arun Jaitley Stadium, and a couple of days later in Mumbai’s Wankhede against Mumbai Indians.
Meanwhile, Anushka is busy exploring the capital, which happens to be the hometown of her partner. Earlier in the day, Anushka had re-shared a Vogue video where singer Doja Cat could be seen answering red carpet questions in her cat costume by simply meowing at the interviewer, Emma Chamberlain. Sharing the clip, the actor had written over it, “I propose for this to become an acceptable way of communication on red carpet.”
On the work front, Anushka Sharma is looking forward to the release of the Jhulan Goswami biopic Chakda Xpress, which will premiere on Netflix this year. Anushka was last seen in the 2018 box office dud Zero, which also featured Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif in pivotal roles.
