Actors Ananya Panday and Aditya Roy Kapur are back– at least for a new ad. The stars, who have been dating since 2022, had reportedly called it quits but a new promotional video has surprised their fans, who are now speculating if the couple is still indeed together.
Ananya and Aditya on Friday shared a new advertisement for an eyewear brand. The actors in the video try new glasses, while their chemistry carries the ad effortlessly.
The rumoured couple don’t speak a word in the video, but display oodles of easy charm, posing, goofing around, grooving and being playful with each other. The video naturally made the fans of the actors excited as it was dropped amid reports that the two broke up last month. “Adi and Annie be like: Woohooo, how’s the Surprise 😉🤍,” wrote a fan while another commented, “Okay so they’re still together ❤️.”
“Ananya and aditya please get back together asap ❤️ you two look so good together,” read another comment.
Some fans also wondered if the breakup has indeed happened.
On the work front, Aditya Roy Kapur will be next seen in Metro In Dino, which will be directed by Anurag Basu. Ananya Panday, who ended last year on a good note with Kho Gaye Hum Kahaan, will star in Shankara featuring Akshay Kumar and backed by Karan Johar. The film is currently in post-production.
