Amitabh Bachchan says he has never been offered Hollywood films before 'The Great Gatsby'.

Bollywood’s megastar,Amitabh Bachchan,is willing to explore more Hollywood movies now that he’s done his first.

Amitabh Bachchan says he has never been offered Hollywood films before the 3-D extravaganza The Great Gatsby,which opens the Cannes Film Festival today.

The 71-year-old said that at his age,it is difficult to expect that certain roles will come his way. “But yes,if there are people who want to cast me,I don’t mind if something is offered,” a newspaper quoted him as saying in an interview published recently.

The legendary actor has acted in more than 180 Indian films in a career spanning four decades.

Amitabh Bachchan portrays Meyer Wolfsheim in director Baz Luhrmann’s take on the classic American novel.

The film stars Leonardo DiCaprio,Tobey Mcguire and Carey Mulligan.
