Alia Bhatt reveals Raha’s nicknames, opens up about separation anxiety from her toddler: ‘It’s never easy leaving her’

Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt interacted with her fans through social media on Sunday. She took to her Instagram account and conducted an AMA session. She opened up about her daughter Raha, dealing with separation anxiety, and even talked about fun things like her skincare and her favourite food during the session, making it both engaging and meaningful.

Fans were eager to know more about Alia’s toddler Raha. When one of them asked about Raha’s nicknames, Alia revealed a few, some of them being ‘Rahu, Rara and Lollipop.’

One of the fans asked, “Do you still feel separation anxiety from Raha?” The actor replied, “It’s never easy leaving her. But I guess that’ll take a while to change. Knowing she’s with family even when I’m away makes me feel less guilty somehow.”

Alia was also asked about dealing with anxiety and the actor penned a heartfelt reply. Alia wtote, “We all have certain things that might trigger our anxiety – for example I find myself getting very worked up with any sudden change or a situation I have no control over. but it took me a long while to understand that.. so prior to any of these moments I just try and be aware of it and if it’s too much I allow myself to check out and feel the way I feel. Trying to control how you feel sometimes does more harm than good. Also speak to someone who you can trust! It helps.”

The actor also opened up about her workout routine and explained how she works out six days a week. When asked, “How are you!? Like genuinely? How is life treating you at this moment,” the actor said, “Like genuinely? I’ve been a bit overwhelmed and preoccupied.. But gratitude in my heart GENUINELY on a daily basis.”

Alia is currently busy shooting her next film Jigra. The actor was last seen in Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani opposite Ranveer Singh.
