Alia Bhatt is over the moon as daughter Raha takes first steps, calls Ranbir Kapoor her ‘not so little animal’

Alia Bhatt took to social media on Saturday as she shared a note congratulating her ‘not so little animal’ Ranbir Kapoor who is receiving a lot of love for his latest film Animal. In her note, Alia also shared that their daughter Raha took their first steps one day after Animal’s release.

Taking to Instagram, Alia shared a few photos of Ranbir and wrote, “For all that you are on and off camera. For the patience, silence and love you give your craft.. & for the person you are to your family. For taking such huge strides as an artist.. & for literally making our daughter take her first steps today.. 🥹🥹 For completely blowing us away with your performance… & for making all of the above look so easy 🫶Congratulations my not so little animal ♥️.”

The first photo shared by Alia is a black and white portrait of Ranbir during the promotions of Animal as he is surrounded by a sea of fans. In the second photo, Ranbir is seen caressing Raha in his arms as he reads her a book titled “I Love Dad”.

Alia’s post received a lot of love from her fans and family members. Alia’s mother Soni Razdan pasted a few red heart emojis in the comments section of the post to declare her love for her daughter Alia, her son-in-law Ranbir and granddaughter Raha. Ranbir’s cousin, actor Karishma Kapoor posted “❤️🤗”. One of their fans commented, “With each and every scene in Animal, we just fell in love with this MEGA SUPERSTAR STAR ALL OVER AGAIN ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ,” another wrote, “From Saawariya to Animal, it’s been a treat to watch and adore you, Ranbir 🥰🥰🥰🥰.”

Alia and Ranbir tied the knot in 2022 and their daughter Raha recently turned one. The two actors have had a great year at the movies. Alia delivered Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani with Ranveer Singh this year, which was directed by Karan Johar and was declared a hit at the box office. She also made her Hollywood debut with Heart of Stone. Ranbir was earlier seen in Luv Ranjan’s Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, and is now starring in Animal.
