The Kapoor clan got together to celebrate Diwali this year, and the celebrations were as grand as ever. From Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor to Neetu Kapoor, several members of the family took to Instagram to share glimpses of their festive gathering. Kareena hosted the Diwali bash at her residence, where multiple generations of the Kapoor family came together for a joyous evening filled with love and laughter.
Kareena looked radiant in a beautiful Rajasthani outfit for the occasion, while Alia opted for a golden saree paired with a matching jacket. Alia, who is married to Ranbir Kapoor — son of Neetu and the late Rishi Kapoor — shared photos from the evening on her social media. In the pictures, she is seen striking a pose with Kareena and joining the ladies of the Kapoor family, including Neetu Kapoor, Alekha Advani, Anissa Malhotra, and others.
Kareena Kapoor’s husband Saif Ali Khan and their children Jehangir Ali Khan and Taimur Ali Khan were also part of the celebrations. Saif’s son from his previous marriage, Ibrahim Ali Khan, joined the festivities as well. Karisma Kapoor attended the celebration with her family and looked elegant in a black-and-white kurta set. Her kids, Samaira and Kiaan, are currently in the news due to an ongoing legal battle with her ex-husband Sunjay Kapur’s widow, Priya Sachdev, over his Rs 30,000 crore estate. Despite the controversy, Karisma appeared in high spirits as she shared photos from the intimate family affair.
Other members of the Kapoor family, including Soha Ali Khan, Randhir Kapoor, Babita Kapoor, Aadar Jain, Alekha Advani, Anissa Malhotra, Armaan Jain, and The Black Warrant actor Zahan Kapoor, were also present.
Ibrahim Ali Khan shared a heartwarming picture with his brothers, Taimur and Jeh, writing, “Teeno bhai teeno tabahi #happydiwali.” Soha Ali Khan also posted pictures from the night, captioning them, “Last night had some solid gold energy.”
The five-day Diwali festivities kicked off with Dhanteras on Saturday. The Diwali celebration this year are between October 20 and 21.
