Ahead of Shah Rukh Khan shifting out of Mannat, Gauri Khan sells Mumbai flat for Rs 11.61 cr, makes a cool 37 percent profit

Gauri and Shah Rukh Khan are all set to move out of Mannat for the next few years as the house is set for a renovation. She recently sold her Dadar West apartment.

Gauri Khan recently sold a residential property in Dadar West, Mumbai, according to registration documents gathered by Square Yards. The interior designer and Shah Rukh Khan’s wife has reportedly sold the property for Rs 11.61 crore. The sale was registered in March 2025.

The property in question is located in Kohinoor Altissimo, a project developed by Kohinoor CTNL Infrastructure Company Pvt Ltd. The project offers 2.5 BHK, 3 BHK, and 3.5 BHK apartments. Gauri’s flat is reportedly located on the 21st floor of a residential tower and covers nearly 2,000 square feet. According to reports, Gauri had bought the flat in August 2022 for around Rs 8.5 crore. The star wife has made a profit of around 37% in three years.

According to Zapkey, the transaction was registered on March 28. Apart from other amenities, the apartment also comes with two parking spaces.

The development has come just after the Khan family decided to move out of their iconic house Mannat for renovation purpose. The house will get an extensive renovation, which will take nearly 2 years. According to reports, the renovation will include the expansion of its annexe, adding two extra floors. It will add about 616 square meters of space to the house.

For a smooth renovation, the Khan family has decided to temporarily shift to luxury duplex apartments in the Puja Casa building in Pali Hill. The apartments are owned by producer Vashu Bhagnani’s family. Shah Rukh Khan leased the apartments for three years for Rs 8.67 crore. The first duplex is taken on rent from actor Jackky Bhagnani and sister Deepshikha Deshmukh for a monthly rent of Rs 11.54 lakh. The second apartment, owned by Vashu Bhagnani, is on a rent for Rs 12.61 lakh per month.

According to 2024 Hurun India Rich List, Shah Rukh Khan’s net worth has reached Rs 7,300 crore. Most of his earning are driven by his investments in the IPL team, Kolkata Knight Riders. He is the richest actor in Bollywood.
