Aditi Rao Hydari to play younger version of Rekha in ‘Fitoor’

Aditi Rao Hydari will play the famous Miss Havisham in the Bollywood adaptation of the Charles Dickens' novel Great Expectations titled 'Fitoor'.

After her recent cameo in ‘Khoobsurat’, Aditi Rao Hydari will now play the famous Miss Havisham in the Bollywood adaptation of the Charles Dickens’ novel Great Expectations titled ‘Fitoor’.

While the elder version of the wealthy spinster will be portrayed by the evergreen actress Rekha, Aditi Rao Hydari will be appearing in the film as a younger version of the actress. Set amidst the beautiful locales of Kashmir, Fitoor traces the journey of the artist Noor who meets the charming and graceful Firdaus (who later turns his muse) and adding the twist to their love story is the eccentric Begum. Parts of the film will also be shot in Delhi and London.

Aditya Roy Kapur and Katrina Kaif have been roped in for the lead roles. Speculations also state that Ajay Devgn may do a cameo in the film which is based on the lines of Abel Magwitch, a convict who escapes from prison and brings about a change in the life of the protagonist in the novel.
