Aditi Rao Hydari on dating rumours with Siddharth: ‘Certain things are sacrosanct, you don’t want to speak about them’

When asked if she would want to clear the air around the buzz regarding her equation with Siddharth, Aditi Rao Hydari said, “Why? No. What is there to clear the air? There is no air to clear. I just feel like why. There are certain things that are sacrosanct, and you don’t want to speak about them so you don’t. And people anyway assume what they want to assume. So let them, no problem.”

Recently, Aditi dropped an adorable video in which she is seen dancing with Siddharth to the Tamil song “Tum Tum”. Fans and celebrities across film industries loved their chemistry in the video and dropped red heart emoticons in the comments section. While most of them adored their chemistry, a few fans wondered about their relationship status.

During the interview, when she was asked how she has saved Siddharth’s name on her phone, Aditi answered, “TMI (an abbreviation for too much information).” Answering another question about who would she choose if she were to be stuck in an elevator with two more people, Aditi said, “Siddharth, because he is very entertaining and Ranveer Singh because he is also very entertaining.”

According to reports, the duo fell in love while shooting for the Telugu film Maha Samudram. The actors are often spotted together in Mumbai.

On the work front, Aditi Rao Hydari recently starred in the ZEE5 original series Taj: Divided by Blood, in which she played Anarkali. The series also starred Naseeruddin Shah as Mughal emperor Akbar.
