Actor Rashmika Mandanna recently suffered a leg injury while working out at the gym. On Saturday, the Pushpa 2 actor took to her Instagram account to share her health update. The incident has affected the shoot of Rashmika’s upcoming films, and the actor apologised to her directors for the delay.
Sharing a series of photos, Rashmika wrote, “Well… happy New Year to me I guess! 🤦🏻♀️ Injured myself in my sacred gym shrine 🥲🤣 Now I’m in “hop mode” for the next few weeks or months or god only knows, so seems like I’ll be hopping my way back to sets for Thama, Sikandar, and Kubera! 💘.”
She added, “To my directors sorry for the delay…I’ll be back soon enough just making sure my legs are fit for action (or at least fit for hopping) 🐰💥🐒 In the meantime if you need me…I’ll be the one in the corner doing a highly advanced bunny hop workout. HOP HOP HOP…🐇✨.”

Rashmika Mandanna’s post left her fans worried and many have been posting ‘get well soon’ messages in the comments section.
Before the leg injury, Rashmika was busy shooting for her upcoming film Sikandar, opposite superstar Salman Khan. According to sources, the shoot of the AR Murugadoss directorial has been put on hold.
Rashmika Mandanna also has the film Thama with Ayushmann Khurrana, which is slated for a grand Diwali 2025 release. The actor will also be seen in Chhaava, alongside Vicky Kaushal, and in Dhanush-Nagarjuna starrer Kubera. She also has Rahul Ravindran’s directorial venture, The Girlfriend, in her kitty.
Rashmika was last seen in Pushpa 2: The Rule along with Allu Arjun. The film is a massive success at the box office.
