Jr NTR-Janhvi Kapoor film titled Devara; actor’s first look as warrior creates intrigue

Actor Jr NTR‘s first look from his next film has been revealed much to the excitement of his fans. Earlier, tentatively titled NTR 30, the film’s name has been announced as Devara and presents the actor in a fierce warrior look.

The first look has been revealed on the eve of Jr NTR’s birthday as promised by the film’s production team. The first look shows Jr NTR standing on rocks, next to the ocean with a spear in his hand, soaked in blood. The waves are turbulent as they hit against the rocky shore but the actor is looking at something far away with a stern expression.

The look was revealed on the official Twitter handle of Jr NTR with the caption that read, “Devara”

The makers of the film had earlier released a poster, which showcased various types of swords. The caption on the poster read, “The sea is full of his stories…written in blood.”

Devara also marks the Telugu debut of Bollywood actor Janhvi Kapoor, who will be playing the female lead in the film. Another big name associated with the movie is Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan.

The film’s team welcomed Saif with an announcement in April. They posted pictures of Jr NTR and Saif together and wrote, “Team #NTR30 welcomes #SaifAliKhan on board. The National Award winning actor joined the shoot of the high voltage action drama.”
