Ever since director Anil Ravipudi announced his next project, titled Bhagavanth Kesari, Telugu cinema audiences have been brimming with enthusiasm, closely monitoring every update, as the film boasts a remarkable cast led by Nandamuri Balakrishna, alongside the presence of Kajal Aggarwal and Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal in significant roles.
Now, Rampal himself has announced the conclusion of his filming for the movie. “I’ve wrapped up my work on the film #bhagwantkesari,” Rampal revealed on social media, while sharing images of himself alongside Balakrishna and Ravipudi.
Recalling his initial apprehension upon commencing shooting for Bhagavanth Kesari, which marks Arjun Rampal’s entry into the Telugu film industry, the Bollywood actor expressed that he thoroughly enjoyed the filming process.
“All this would not have been possible without the energy of my big brother #balakrishna thank you bro for your amazing energy, love and of course my education in Hora. Love you. Thank you my dear younger brother @anilravipudi you are crazy, cool and super talented,” he noted.
“#Sahu my dear young producer, for making my life so easy, the whole team of #BhagwantKesari for your patience, support and love. Goodbye team #bhagwantkesari #19oct2023 Cinemalo kaluddham. Love from me aka Rahul Sanghvi,” Rampal added.
Produced by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi under the banner of Shine Screens, the film also stars R Sarathkumar, Sreeleela and Priyanka Jawalkar.
Tentatively titled NBK 108, the makers of Bhagavanth Kesari unveiled the first look poster of the movie in early June. The poster showcased Balakrishna brandishing a sword-like weapon, directing it assertively towards the ground. Accompanying the image, the film’s tagline, “I Don’t Care,” offered a glimpse into the mindset of the character portrayed by Balakrishna in the movie.
On the occasion of Kajal Aggarwal’s 38th birthday on June 19, Anil Ravipudi, known for helming blockbuster films like F3, Sarileru Neekevvaru, F2: Fun and Frustration, and Raja the Great, had unveiled her first look poster from Bhagavanth Kesari.
The poster featured Aggarwal adorning a vibrant pink sari and donning a pair of oversized glasses. Engaged in a delightful phone conversation, she holds a book on psychology in her grasp. She is seated alongside a bookshelf with additional books visibly stacked in front of the actor.
While C Ramprasad is handling the cinematography, Thaman S has composed the songs for the movie. Bhagavanth Kesari is scheduled to be released on the occasion of Dasara.
