Superstar Salman Khan has been synonymous with Bigg Boss. Having the longest association with the show for 15 years, Salman had joined the show in the fourth season. But before Salman came on board, it was actor Arshad Warsi who had hosted the very first season of Bigg Boss. Now, 18 years later, Arshad Warsi will be seen returning to that stage once again to host the latest Weekend Ka Vaar episode. As per reports, Salman Khan is busy shooting in Ladakh for his next film, Battle of Galwan, as a result of which he will miss the shoot this weekend.
In place of Salman, Arshad Warsi will step in as host, and his Jolly LLB 3 co-star Akshay Kaumar will also join him. As informed by the team, Arshad Warsi will shake things up in the house and also have some fun segments in the game. While Arshad steps into Salman Khan’s shoes, it will be interesting to see if Arshad will be as stern as the Sikandar actor in giving feedback to the contestants.
This year, Salman Khan has been quite involved in Bigg Boss 19 as a host. Last week, he gave some serious feedback and warnings to the contestants. Salman had slammed Amaal Mallik for his abusive language and also asked Gaurav Khanna to get more active in the game. With Arshad and Akshay coming in, surely the contestants will be in for a big surprise.
On the work front, Arshad Warsi and Akshay Kumar are currently promoting their next film, Jolly LLB 3. The film’s trailer has dropped today, and it will be released worldwide on 19th September.
