The much-anticipated reality show MTV Roadies – Karm Ya Kaand went on air on Saturday. While the first episode turned out to be lukewarm in terms of contestants, tonight’s episode will be a shocker. Former Splitsvilla contestant Bhoomika Vasishth will be seen auditioning for the adventure-based show, and also making a big revelation on camera.
As per a promo shared by MTV India, Bhoomika is seen talking about how after the dating reality show, she wanted money to ensure her ‘celeb life’ continues. She says having been used to fame and glamour, she took a loan to keep up with the lifestyle. Wanting to pay that off, she even uploaded a video of her stripping on camera and even kissing a girl on an app. While the video was supposed to be private, it got leaked leading to a lot of backlash for Bhoomika. The reality show contestant also talks about slipping into depression.
Gang leader Rhea Chakraborty is seen getting quite upset about the development and then hugging Bhoomika Vasishth. She also lauds her for dealing with the situation. A visually angry Prince Narula tells Bhoomika to not be worried about it. He also asks her why she never spoke about it earlier, so that she could warn more youngsters falling prey to the same. Before she can reply, Prince adds that the day she decides to talk about it, they would be the first people to repost it for a bigger reach.
Host Sonu Sood also assures Bhoomika Vasishth that they are with her. He also says that they will find the culprit and bring him to task.
As readers would know, Sonu Sood stepped into Rannvijay Singha’s shoes last season as the host of MTV Roadies. This season, the makers have brought back the format of gang leaders with Prince Narula, Rhea Chakraborty and Gautam Gulati taking charge. Youngsters from Delhi, Pune, Indore and Pune auditioned for the show, and only a few will take an adventure ride with the team.
Roadies Karm Ya Kand airs on MTV and also streams on JioCinema.
