Abhishek Bachchan makes dad Amitabh regret inviting him to Kaun Banega Crorepati, reveals kids keep screaming ‘saat crore’ at dinner table

Amitabh Bachchan is all set to host his son, actor Abhishek Bachchan, as a guest on the hit quiz show Kaun Banega Crorepati. Abhishek will appear on the show to promote his upcoming film, I Want To Talk. A promo video of the upcoming KBC 16 episode was shared by the channel recently. The clip features fun banter between Abhishek and Amitabh, and at one point, the senior Bachchan says, “Galti kar di inko yahan bula ke (I made a mistake by calling him here).”

In the promo video, shared by Sony Entertainment Television, Abhishek was seen copying his dad Amitabh’s line delivery, as he kept screaming ‘Saat crore!’ Abhishek went on to share that during dinner time, when the entire family is sitting together, the kids scream ‘saat crore’ in Amitabh’s signature style whenever somebody asks a question. This left everyone in splits.

Abhishek fun anecdotes made Amitabh say, “Galti kar di inko yahan bula ke (I made a mistake by calling him here).” Abhishek was accompanied by his I Want To Talk director Shoojit Sircar, who appeared to be having a good time.

I Want To Talk marks Abhishek’s first collaboration with Shoojit. Amitabh has worked with the filmmaker on a number of occasions, on the unreleased film Shoebite, as well as Piku, Gulabo Sitabo and Pink.

I Want to Talk will be released on November 22, and Abhishek’s KBC episode will also air in the same day, at 9 pm. Abhishek has Remo D’Souza’s dance film Be Happy, Tarun Mansukhani’s Housefull 5, and Sujoy Ghosh’s SRK-starrer King in the pipeline.
