After Shilpa Shetty, Dia Mirza and Anushka Sharma, it is now the turn of the Kapoor sisters to start their own production house and make films of their choice. That Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan are planning to have their own production house was confirmed by Kareena’s spokesperson. Though all the details are under wraps, it is confirmed that it has nothing to do with their family banner RK Films that was started by their grandfather, the late Raj Kapoor. Saif Ali Khan, Kareena’s husband, already has his own production house Illuminati Films.

Sanjay Dutt’s parole extended for a month
Actor Sanjay Dutt, who is serving a jail term at Pune’s Yerwada jail, and is presently out on parole because of his wife Maanyata’s ill health has been granted an extension of a month. The actor was scheduled to return to jail on January 21, but after appealing to the authorities, he was granted an extension in order to be with his ailing wife. Earlier in October last year too, the actor who was granted parole of two weeks on medical grounds, was given an extension of two more weeks.
Musical launch of Dil Mange Kuchh Aur
The film, Dil Mange Kuchh Aur, based on the gay community, was launched recently with a song recording at a suburban studio in Mumbai. The song was recorded in the voice of Mohammed Irfan of Yaariyan fame. R.K. Rock has set the tunes to the lyrics penned by Ladu Swalka. Directed by Rajesh Dubeay, the film is based on the life of homosexuals and is co-produced by Rohit Kumar, Neeta Garbade, Prakash Phale and Pramod Gaikwad. The film will go on the floors in February.
