Bombairiya is the newest film to be announced. Starring Akshay Oberoi and Richa Chadda in lead roles, it will be produced by British film-maker Michael Ward under the banner Beautiful Bay Entertainment. It will be directed by Pia Sukanya, who is also the co-writer. The film has an Indian feel to it though the format would be more westernised.
Oberoi, who was last seen in Pizza 3D, plays a software developer in the movie who has never been lucky with women. But, one fine day he bumps into a very interesting PR agent, played by Chadda. This crazy comic film is all about one day in Mumbai where the duo try to trace Chadda’s mobile phone which has been stolen.
The film which will hit the floor in December will feature very interesting twists and turns till the very end.
