BTS fans are all excited for the K-pop group’s 11th debut anniversary celebration. Every year, BTS performs at the BangBangCon concert, which is part of their FESTA celebrations. While most of the boy band’s members are fulfilling their compulsory military duties, including V, Jungkook, Jimin, J-Hope, RM, and Suga, the band’s oldest member Jin will conclude his military duty and is set to return a day before the grand celebration.
Jin’s homecoming on Wednesday has fans all pumped up and excited. Jin will hold a three-hour-long meet and greet with a selected group of fans on Thursday, which will also be streamed on Weverse. According to reports, BTS’ other members—V, Jungkook, Jimin, J-Hope, RM, and Suga—are expected to reunite with Jin for their annual celebration. While fans wait for this reunion with bated breath, it isn’t clear whether the band members will be off duty at the event, and the band’s agency also hasn’t made an official announcement about this yet.
According to reports, Seoul, the capital of South Korea, has turned purple, a color synonymous with BTS, for the band’s FESTA 2024 celebration. From landmarks to streets, every major location in the city has been adorned in shades of purple.
As part of the celebration, Jungkook has released his single, titled “Never Let Go.” The singer released the song as a special tribute to his fans who have supported him. After its release, “Never Let Go” shot up to the top of major music charts in various countries all over the globe.
Fans can watch BTS’ BangBang Con on their official YouTube Channel, BANGTANTV. The streamed concerts include: BTS Live Trilogy Episode II: The Red Bullet, BTS Live Trilogy Episode III: The Wings Tour and BTS World Tour: Love Yourself concerts.
