The film was also nominated for Best Non-English Language Film. In the Best Non-English Language Film category, RRR lost to Argentina’s Argentina, 1985. The other nominees in this category were Germany’s All Quiet on the Western Front, Belgium’s Close, and South Korea’s Decision to Leave.
The Fabelmans won Best Motion Picture – Drama and The Banshees of Inisherin won Best Motion Picture – Musical/Comedy. Austin Butler (Elvis) and Cate Blanchett (Tar) won Best Actor and Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama. Colin Farrell (The Banshees of Inisherin) and Michelle Yeoh (Everything Everywhere All at Once) won Best Actor and Actress in a Motion Picture – Comedy/Musical.

Aditya Narayan expressed his happiness after Naatu Naatu won the Golden Globe for Best Original Song, also adding that he hoped it would encourage others to focus on more original songs and less remakes. "It's not so much the remakes as much as the ratio that they are being churned out in. I am positive no one will complain with a 90/10 ratio. It's way more than which takes away the novelty," he told ET Times.
