That Shahid Kapoor looked like a royal prince and his newly-wedded wife Mira Rajput looked no less than a queen has been substantiated enough by the pictures from the wedding ceremonies that have been doing the rounds. But these new pictures from the reception dinner hosted by the couple late Tuesday night (July 7) at The Oberoi, Gurgaon will prove once again that marriages are indeed made in heaven.
The newest groom in town Shahid Kapoor was clicked with his wife Mira Rajput at the reception party looking cute.
Shahid Kapoor looked dapper in a black bandhgala suit. Complimenting him was his wife Mira, who looked gorgeous in an embellished silver shaded gown.
Quite in contrast with her wedding trousseau, this was more upstate and made Mira look like a perfect Bollywood wife.
Mira’s wedding outfit and the reception gown, both, were designed by Anamika Khanna, while Kunal Rawal again did a brilliant job dressing the ‘Haider’ star.
Fashion designer and Shahid’s aunt Priyanka Khosla also posted few pictures and a video on Instagram with the bride and groom.
Earlier in the day, Shahid Kapoor had got married to Delhi based Mira Rajput in a simple gurudwara wedding in the presence of the just 30-40 people.
Later, the couple had walked out hand in hand to pose for the shutterbugs.
