Actors Randeep Hooda and Lin Laishram tied the knot in a heartfelt traditional Meitei ceremony in November 2023, capturing their fans’ attention with their celebration of Lin’s Manipuri heritage. As they celebrate their first Valentine’s Day as a married couple, the couple reflected on their relationship. They shared their desire to expand their family. Randeep also acknowledged the impact Lin has had on his perspective towards life.
In a recent interview with Bombay Times, Randeep Hooda opened up about the evolution of his relationship with Lin Laishram. He revealed that their decision to tie the knot was a gradual one, stemming from their shared experiences during the Covid lockdown. Living together during this time allowed them to deepen their understanding of each other, leading to an organic progression in their relationship. Randeep admitted that their next step after living together was to start a family. “We wanted to have babies and grow our family,” he said. Randeep also accepted that though he hasn’t been an easy person to be around as he takes his job too seriously and dedicates too much of himself to his job, the arrival of Lin in his life changed things for him.
On the professional front, Randeep is gearing up for his role in Swatantrya Veer Savarkar, where he portrays the Hindutva ideologue Vinayak Damodar Savarkar. Apart from playing the lead role, Randeep has also directed the film. Swatantrya Veer Savarkar, which is produced by Anand Pandit, Sandeep Singh, Sam Khan, and Yogesh Rahar, also stars Ankita Lokhande.
