Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s estranged wife Aaliya Siddiqui is a contestant on the reality show Bigg Boss OTT 2, hosted by Salman Khan. Aaliya has been dropping truth bombs ever since the show started and in the latest episode, she mentioned that if not for her divorce, she wouldn’t be on the show.
Aaliya got emotional and teary eyed in the latest episode and explained how she missed her kids. In a conversation with fellow contestant Abhishek Malhan, she said, “My young son is like me. He keeps everything inside him. Even if he is missing me, he will not tell anyone. I am also like that. I keep my problems inside me and do not share them with anyone. He then falls sick, gets unwell thinking about the problems.”
Talking about her divorce, Aaliya said, “Sach mein divorce nahi leti na main toh main kabhi nahi aati (I would not be here if I hadn’t taken the divorce). But it is very important in life to finish the job which you have committed to.”
Aaliya had earlier revealed that Nawazuddin Siddiqui was very supportive of her decision to participate in Bigg Boss OTT Season 2. She told indianexpress.com, “He was really supportive and pushed me to do the show. He has also decided to take the kids on a holiday for 45 days, till the time I am away. I am glad they will get to spend some quality time with their father, while I too would be in peace, knowing they are well taken care of.”
Apart from Aaliya, the others contestants on Bigg Boss OTT 2 are Pooja Bhatt, Avinash Sachdev, Manisha Rani, Fukra Insaan, Akanksha Puri, Jiya Shankar, Falaq Naaz, Cyrus Broacha, Jad Hadid and Bebika Dhurve.
