Indian spinner Yuzvendra Chahal has been in the news for his divorce rumours with wife, choreographer and internet personality Dhanashree Verma, for the last few months. Who is RJ Mahvash?
The Aligarh-born social media influencer Mahvash, is an RJ and budding actor. She is all set to appear in a new Amazon mini show. Mahvash holds a Bachelor’s degree from Aligarh Muslim University in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh and a post-graduate degree from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Mahvash started as a radio jockey and has been a part of Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM.
It was also reported that Mahvash had turned down the offer to be a part of Bigg Boss 14.
RJ Mahvash’s posts with Yuzvendra Chahal
RJ Mahvash was seen with Chahal at the India vs New Zealand match. Sharing a series of photos and videos, she wrote, “Kaha tha na jita ke aungi😝😍 I am good luck for team India (I said I will return after help India win. I am good luck for Team India)!.”
During the match in Dubai, Vivek Oberoi was sitting a row ahead of Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and RJ Mahvash. The actor too shared photos with the duo.
Yuzvendra Chahal and RJ Mahvash were spotted together earlier too. In Christmas 2024, Mahvash shared pictures that also featured Chahal along with a few others, sparking dating rumours.
Mahvash on dating rumors with Chahal
Mahvash publicly shut down the trolls and called the claims “baseless”. She had even urged the fans to respect her privacy and not to spread fake news.
In December last year, Mahvash said, “Some articles and speculations have been circulating around the internet. It’s literally funny to see how baseless these rumours are. If you get seen with a person of the opposite gender, does it mean you are dating them? I’m sorry, what year is this? I won’t let any PR teams drag my name to cover up other people’s images. Let people live in peace with their friends and family during tough times.”
