Actor Katrina Kaif recently opened up about her husband Vicky Kaushal’s “unconditional love” for her, saying he “gives me a lot of love and appreciation.” Katrina also revealed the advice she would give her 13-year-old self.
When asked how important is fitness to her when it comes to self-care, Katrina told Vogue India, “I feel better about myself physically and mentally when I’m fit, doing my yoga and cardio. No one but I can make myself feel better, except for my husband sometimes.”
The actor added, “He gives me a lot of love and appreciation. I think that’s an important aspect of learning – to accept or understand unconditional love.”

During the interview, Katrina Kaif also revealed the advice she would give her 13-year-old self. “There’s so much I could imbibe from my younger self. Looking back, I was 18 in such a massive industry with absolutely no connections. I was extremely naive and innocent, but I had so much belief,” she shared.
The Tiger 3 actor continued, “And you know what I didn’t have? Fear. I wasn’t perplexed by nagging doubts. The absence of fear and judgment was freeing. I think that’s something I would take back from my younger self.”
Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal tied the knot in 2021. On the work front, Katrina was last seen in the 2024 film Merry Christmas. On the other hand, Vicky is enjoying the success of his blockbuster film Chhaava.
