The Nita Mukesh Ambani Junior School celebrated its first Nursery Annual Day, which included the participation of Mukesh Ambani’s eldest grandchild Prithvi Ambani, Kareena Kapoor’s second-born Jeh Ali Khan, and television star Anita Hassanandani’s son, among others. Cricketer Hardik Pandya was also spotted in the audience.
It was a grand celebration which kick started with Ganapati Puja. The official Instagram handle of Dhirubhai Ambani International School shared a video, giving a glimpse of the annual day celebration. In the video, the kids could be seen chanting “Ganapati Bappa Morya” with enthusiasm ahead of their grand play with the theme Journey of Friendship. The puja was followed by the school prayer.
Post the prayers, Prithvi Ambani and Jeh Ali Khan could be seen taking part in the school play, where they were all dressed as animals, while the set up was of a jungle.
The children could also be seen dancing to “Chal Chal Chal Mere Haathi” from Rajesh Khanna’s 1971 film Haathi Mere Saathi. The performance was followed by the kids singing “Lakdi Ki Kathi,” for which they were joined by Nita Ambani. Actors Kareena Kapoor and Anita Hassanandani were seen singing along with the kids.
Others in the audience included the newlyweds Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. Akash Ambani and Shloka Ambani too were present encouraging their son. Isha Ambani, along with her husband Anand Piramal and twins, was seen taking part in the annual day function. She even gave a welcome speech, giving an introduction to the school’s motive, and annual day’s theme.
The annual day celebration was followed by an after-party, where the kids could be seen feeding animals. The video also featured Saif Ali Khan taking part in the activities with his sons.
