Actors Anil Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sobhita Dhulipala, and Tillotama Shome added glamour to The Kapil Sharma Show as they appeared to promote the second part of their recently released web series, The Night Manager. During a fun conversation, Anil stole the show with his one-liner, especially when he was asked about fights on the road.
In the latest promo of the upcoming episode, the show’s host Kapil Sharma asks Anil if, like everyone else, he also parks his car sometime and watches a fight happening on the road.
Kapil asked, “Kabhi aapne aisa kiya hai, ki aap sadak par ja rahe ho, kisi ka jhagda ho raha hai. To aapne gaadi band kar ke bola hai ki chalo thodi der dekh ke chalta hun (Has it ever happened that you are going somewhere by road and you see two people fight on the road and think to yourself, ‘let me watch this for a while and then I will continue)?”
To this Anil said, “Nahi aisa nahi kiya. Main ghus jaata hun (No, I have never done that. I join the fight).” The actor’s response left everyone in the audience and cast in splits.

In the next scene, Kapil is seen asking Aditya if he has felt stuck anywhere in life. Kapil said, “Zindagi mein kabhi kabhi hum aisi jagah phas jaate hai, jaha nahi hona chaiye humein. Aditya aap kabhi phase hai aisi jagah pe (Sometimes we get stuck in life at places where we don’t belong. Aditya, have you even been stuck like this)?” To this Aditya answers with a straight face, “Haan. School, college… (Yes. School, college).”
Aditya, who has lately been in news for his relationship with Ananya Panday, has been basking in the success of The Night Manager 2. In an interview with indianexpress.com, he shared how the show’s success made him feel. “It feels great because every time you put so much efforts into something, like we did on this one, and then to see the results. The expectations were high this time, the bar was pretty high. So it feels good that people have given us that love, it fees very satisfying to have completed the job properly. There was a nervousness to see if it connects or not,” he said.
The Night Manager, directed by Sandeep Modi was released in two parts. The first part was released in April, whereas, the second part was released in June.
