Rakul Preet Singh and her husband, producer Jackky Bhagnani, recently gave a tour of their house in Mumbai to a YouTube channel. Rakul, who grew up all over the country thanks to her father’s job in the Indian Army, shared that she truly understood the meaning of home decor when she moved to Mumbai, and later Hyderabad, independently and started living alone.
Talking to Asian Paints’ YouTube channel, Rakul said, “That’s when I understood the meaning of calmness, the meaning of what decor can do to your emotions and feeling, the sense of belonging that you can achieve through how your space looks and now it’s of utmost importance that everything at home is a reflection of who you are.” Rakul’s home has a lot of wood in the decor and the actor explained that to break the brown, they have various pops of colour everywhere.
She also spoke about Jackky in the video and shared that they created this space after they got married in February 2024. “This is a space we have both made together post wedding,” she shared and Jackky added, “She has brought a lot of warmth into the house.” Rakul described their home as a “happy, bright” space and Jackky added, “Elegant yet simple.”
Rakul Preet Singh was last seen in Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2. She is now looking forward to Indian 3 and De De Pyaar De 2.
