Music director Dabboo Malik’s son and singer Armaan Malik’s brother, Amaal Mallik, has entered Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss this year. The singer surprised both his fans and his family by joining the reality show, which features 15 other contestants. In the latest episode of Bigg Boss 19, Amaal was seen opening up about his recent controversy surrounding family equations. Shortly after the first episode aired, Armaan took to social media to talk about his brother’s nature and wished him the best of luck for his journey on the show.
Taking to his X handle, Armaan called Amaal ‘rebellious’ and ‘blunt’, and wrote, “My brother Amaal has always been someone who follows his own mind and has his own way of doing things. He is rebellious, he is blunt, but his heart is pure gold. I know everyone watching the show will get to see that and witness the real him (snoring included). Wishing him all the love and luck, ab Big Boss gaya hi hai to jeet ke hi aana.”
Earlier, while reposting Amaal Mallik’s Bigg Boss announcement on social media, Armaan Malik wrote, “Jeet ke aana Sher Khan (come back with the winner’s trophy, Sher Khan), break a leg! (Just not literally).” When a fan asked him how he felt about Amaal participating in Bigg Boss 19, Armaan said, “Obviously, it was never for it, but ab Amaal bhai sahab ko kaun samjhaye. Anyway, boarding school samajhke kuch masti karke aajaye wapas. Bahut gaane pending hai (Obviously, I was never in favour of it, but now who can explain anything to Amaal bhai sahab. Anyway, let him treat it like boarding school, have some fun, and come back soon. We have a lot of songs pending).”
Bigg Boss 19 also features actor Gaurav Khanna, actor Ashnoor Kaur, content creators Awez Darbar and Nagma Mirajkar, stand-up comedian Pranit More, actor Neelam Giri, YouTuber Mridul Tiwari, and model Nehal Chudasama, among others.
