Ami Je Tomar 3.0: It’s Madhuri Dixit vs Vidya Balan in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 song

A day after releasing the audio of the song Ami Je Tomar, the makers of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 released the official video of the song featuring Madhuri Dixit and Vidya Balan.

The video of the latest version of the iconic song “Ami Je Tomar” is finally out. On Friday, the makers of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 released Ami Je Tomar 3.0, showing a dance face off between the OG Manjulika Vidya Balan and the dancing queen Madhuri Dixit.

In the music video, Madhuri and Vidya can be seen in a dance face-off, both trying to impress the King’s court with their unique dance skills. Unlike, other songs, the video was just for one minute and forty-two seconds. Fans showed their excitement in the comments section of the video with some saying, “Huge comeback of Madhuri Dixit.” Others said Madhuri’s appearance in the song reminded them of her role in Devdas and Kalank.

“Ami Je Tomar 3.0” is a reprised version of the original track “Ami Je Tomar,” which featured in the 2007 film Bhool Bhulaiyaa, starring Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan. Both the versions of the songs are sung by Shreya Ghoshal. The audio of the song was released on Thursday. However, on Friday, the makers dropped the video of the song, showing the two stars sharing the screen. The song, composed by Pritam and Amaal Malik, is penned by Sameer.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 will see Kartik Aaryan reprise the role of Rooh Baba. Meanwhile, Vidya Balan, who wasn’t seen in the 2022 film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, will make a comeback as the iconic Manjulika in the third instalment of the franchise. Actors Madhuri Dixit and Triptii Dimri are the new additions to the franchise. The Anees Bazmee directorial will also see Rajpal Yadav, and Sanjay Mishra, among others, reprise their roles. The horror-comedy film is all set to hit the theatre on November 1, a day after Diwali. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 will clash with Rohit Shetty’s multi-starrer film Singham Again.
