Milan Fashion Week kicked off on September 23, drawing a host of international celebrities. But what truly caught the spotlight was the presence of Bollywood star Alia Bhatt and K-pop sensation Jin, of BTS, who came together for the premiere of Tiger, a short film presented by Gucci. They are also global ambassadors for the fashion brand. Unlike other fashion houses, Gucci opted out of runway shows this season. Instead, the brand showcased Demna’s debut collection through an immersive presentation that included Tiger. The film, reportedly inspired by the designer’s reinterpretation of the brand’s archives, marks Demna’s first official work since joining Gucci in March after his long tenure as Balenciaga’s creative director.
The premiere drew an impressive guest list including Demi Moore, Gwyneth Paltrow, Serena Williams, Julianne Nicholson, David Jonsson, and Jin, alongside Alia Bhatt.
Alia Bhatt turned heads in a bold gothic-inspired ensemble. She wore a shimmering gold slip dress paired with an oversized black fur coat, draped effortlessly across her shoulders. Adding a contemporary twist, she styled the look with sheer logo tights and a sleek black handbag with metallic detailing. Her accessories included statement gold earrings and multiple rings, perfectly complementing the look. Sticking to the theme, her makeup featured bronzed tones, smoky eyes, and nude lips, while her hair, styled in a middle part, softly framed her face.
BTS star Jin made a stylish return to the global spotlight following his mandatory military service. He kept it classic with a crisp white shirt, slightly unbuttoned, paired with tailored black trousers. Completing the sleek silhouette, he chose a wet-look hairstyle and carried a black bag. Jin started his military service in December 2022 and was discharged in June 2024.
Fans went into overdrive when the two Asian icons were spotted together. A picture of Alia and Jin in the same frame quickly went viral on social media. One user wrote, “Now that’s a crossover I never thought I’d see.” Another commented, “I was looking for the crumbs and finally got them.”
While many praised Alia for gracing the international fashion scene, some fans were disappointed in her statement for her upcoming film Alpha. Speaking to Variety at the fashion event, Alia said: “Alpha will release on December 25 this year. That’s a big one for me because it is my first venture into action. I am really curious to see how the audience connects with that.”
So, Alia Bhatt doesn’t consider Jigra and Heart of Stone as action films. Alpha is releasing this December.

Premiering at 7 PM CEST in Milan and later released across Gucci’s channels at midnight, Tiger is co-directed by Spike Jonze and Halina Reina. The short film highlights looks from Gucci’s La Famiglia collection and features a star-studded cast including Demi Moore, Edward Norton, Ed Harris, Elliot Page, Keke Palmer, Alia Shawkat, Julianne Nicholson, Heather Lawless, Ronny Chieng, Kendall Jenner, and Alex Consani.
