Swelling in the Armpit or Collarbone Area

Lymph node swelling near the breast or underarm can indicate cancer spread. Don’t ignore swelling even if no breast lump is present.

Persistent or unusual pain in one breast, especially localized pain not related to menstrual cycles, should be checked.
