What are sprouted coconuts and how do they differ from regular coconuts

Sprouted coconuts, sometimes referred to as coconut sprouts or coconut apples, are created when a mature coconut starts to sprout. Their soft, spongy substance inside the shell is nourished by the water inside the sprout.
