Beat the heat with this refreshing ‘cucumber chaas’

MasterChef Pankaj Bhadouria shared a recipe for cucumber chaas to help you keep your body hydrated and cool this summer.

Peel the cucumber and chop it into small pieces. Add them in a blender. Add 2 green chillis in the blender. 

Make a puree of the mixture.

Now take an earthen pot and add 500 ml buttermilk in it.

Add 1 cup of the cucumber puree. Then add 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp black salt, 1/2 tsp salt and a few mint leaves. Churn everything well.

Pour it in a glass. Add a few cucumber slices on a skewer and place it in the glass.
