In a recent interview, actor Tamannaah addressed the criticism she received for being objectified in Baahubali, her relationship rumours, and much more.
In a conversation with Lallantop, Tamannaah recalled how people began associating her with a “bigger body size" around the time “Kaavaalaa” and “Aaj Ki Raat” were released.
Tamannaah opened up about her experience of working with Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan. She performed with Salman during the Da-Bangg The Tour Reloaded in Dubai and called him 'so inspiring'.
Tamannaah collaborated with Shah Rukh Khan on an ad film for an online clothing brand, and shared how SRK took a photo with each and every person on the sets, though there were more than 200 people.
Tamannaah shared how kids love the song “Aaj Ki Raat” by saying babies eat only while dancing to it.
When she was questioned about the sensual lyrics of “Aaj Ki Raat” and whether that might impact a child, she responded by saying mothers’ concerns are whether their kids are eating properly or not. There are priorities. The actor added, "What lyrics will they understand at the age of one."
Talking about her role in Baahubali, Tamannaah revealed, “So this is my take and this is what I think. When people cannot control you, they use a technique that’s called shame and guilt. They make you feel ashamed for whatever you do, and then they think they can control you."
The actor shared, "I feel so bad because I literally met him for only one day. I have never met Virat after the shoot."
The Stree 2 star shared, "According to the internet, I was briefly married to Abdul Razzaq, it was so embarrassing. I met him at a jewellery store. We were doing an opening. I have no memory of the city."
Talking about her films like Himmatwala, Entertainment, and Humshakals, Tamannaah revealed, "I knew it was my fault. I knew that a part of me was not ready and I should have thought about it without jumping into them. It’s important to understand as an actor your strengths and weaknesses."
