The expert suggested using a chemical exfoliant that has ingredients such as AHA or BHA. "This will remove the dead skin cells and clear out your pores for a fresher looking face," she said in her Instagram post

Dr Geetika recommended using a brightening active. "Try vitamin C. It instantly brightens and protects the skin from environmental stressors," she said in the post.

Next, she suggested using a hyaluronic acid-based moisturiser. This will instantly moisturise your skin and make it look plump

Lastly, Dr Geetika also suggested taking care of your hair, by washing, applying conditioner, and allowing it to air dry. "If opting for a blowout, use a serum to protect your hair from heat, and only blow dry once your hair is 60% air dried," she said.
