Taylor Swift, Kendrick Lamar win big at 2016 Grammys
New Delhi, Feb 16 (ANI): Pop star Taylor Swift and Compton rapper Kendrick Lamar were the stars of 2016 Grammys after bagging major awards at the most celebrated music award ceremony. Taylor Swift grabbed three trophies including Album of the Year, for her smash '1989' and with this win the songstress became the first female artist ever to win Album of the Year twice, following her 2010 win for 'Fearless'. After getting nominated in 11 categories, Kendrick Lamar took home his first Grammy. He won the award for the Best Rap Album for his hit album, 'To Pimp a Butterfly'. Kendrick Lamar also scooped Best rap performance, Best rap/sung collaboration, and Best rap song. Lamar's collaboration with Taylor Swift in 'Bad Blood' also won the award for 'Best Music Video.' Record of the year and Best pop duo/group performance went to Mark Ronson featuring Bruno Mars for their smash hit 'Uptown Funk'. The 58th annual Grammy Awards took place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
