New Delhi, Feb 9 (ANI): Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor admits that pay disparity between actors and actresses exists in the entertainment industry.She said that she chooses to work with people who know her worth. Sonam, who will be seen in an upcoming biopic Neerja, was present at the inauguration of Women of Worth Awards, an initiative by NDTV and Loreal Paris, which throws light on women’s inspirational and impactful work.The actress said that for her Neerja Bhanot was a woman of worth because she gave up her life to save lives of others.
