Noida Phase-2 Workers Say, We Work 10-12 Hours But Can’t Even Pay Rent

Earning just ₹11,000–12,000 per month, they struggle to survive as room rent has touched ₹5,000, gas cylinder costs ₹500 per kg, and children’s school fees add more burden. Workers are demanding a minimum salary of ₹20,000–25,000 and an 8-hour shift instead of 10-12 hours. Many also complained about unpaid overtime, verbal abuse, and cases of sexual harassment in companies like Richa Global, Paramount, and others. With no union support, they say their voices are not reaching the government.
