Mumbaikars Gather To Enjoy High Tide At Worli Sea Face

Mumbai has once again been hit with heavy rainfall that began Tuesday evening and is continuing today. On Tuesday, several low-lying localities were flooded, leading to traffic jams across the city. Operations at the Mumbai International Airport remain suspended until this morning, with a total of 56 flights diverted. They have partly resumed this morning. The Mumbai airport, the country’s second busiest airport, handles 930 flights per day with an average of 48 movements per hour.
