Jaitley speaks at Bengal Global Business Summit (Part 2)

Kolkata, Jan 08 (ANI): The West Bengal Government hosted the third edition of Bengal Global Business Summit on Friday. Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said a stronger West Bengal with ‘investment and industry friendly’ policies would help India achieve a higher growth rate. He said that Bengal is known for its razor sharp mind, and added that if Bengal followed a policy that is business friendly, then the original glory of the state could be restored. The Summit was also attended by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee welcomed investors from the country and abroad to exploit the opportunities offered by her government at the two-day Bengal Global Summit 2016.
