Five militants of banned organisation held in Bhubaneswar
[rightster-video width="640" height="360" rightsterid="65ca57fc-1f41-49e8-85d6-777506c17773"]<br />Bhubaneswar, Feb 18 (ANI): The police on Wednesday night arrested five militants, belonging to banned Students Islamic Movement, in Odisha. Acting on an intelligence input, a police team carried out raids in Rourkela district and apprehended the ultras after a brief gun battle. The arrested ultras had escaped from a jail in Khandwa district of of Madhya Pradesh in 2013. Director General of Odisha police Kanwar Brajesh Singh said they were involved in blasts, killing of two policemen and bank robbery. Police will produce them before a court to seek remand for further interrogation.
